Haha, you're welcome, they were fast with the raws this week. It's always the raws that delay me or I could get it out on Monday most of the time. I wait for the good one from Zero-Raws or Leopard-Raws, the one by J22vl0TKF0 (I think that's a Perfect Dark ID). The other raws are all cruddy.
After I get the raw I extract the subs from HorribleSubs or CrunchySubs webrips; then it's a matter of adjusting the timing; typesetting any signs, etc; adding in the karaoke; doing the chapters; Watching/QCing the episode; and releasing it.
